IN LOVING MEMORY OF DYLAN LUFFMAN: A YOUNG LIFE TAKEN TOO SOON, FOREVER REMEMBERED

SALISBURY, Md. — A 25-year-old motorcyclist died Monday, three days after a crash at a busy highway crossover, leaving his family, friends and community grieving, according to the Salisbury Police Department.
Officers responded just before 7 a.m. Friday, Oct. 30, to East Salisbury Parkway (Route 50) and the crossover leading to southbound Route 13. Police said a 2011 Honda Odyssey was traveling through the crossover, attempting to enter southbound Route 13, when it collided with a 2004 Suzuki GSX-R1000 ridden east on Route 50 by Dylan Luffman. Each vehicle had one occupant, and both had significant damage.
Luffman was rushed by Salisbury EMS to TidalHealth Peninsula Regional, where he died Monday, Nov. 2. Police haven't announced what caused the crash. The department's advanced crash investigation team is still investigating, and anyone with information is asked to call (410) 548-3165.
Some lives shine brightly even when their time is heartbreakingly short. At just 25, Dylan had so many possibilities ahead of him and chapters yet to be written. May those who loved him find strength through this loss, and may the memories they shared be a lasting source of comfort.
