🚨 N.O.R.E. Sued Over Alleged Sexual Assault Dating Back 27 Years

Carmen Bryan’s attorneys reportedly filed a 20-page complaint in New York on Wednesday, September 9. Bryan alleges that N.O.R.E. sexually assaulted her at a crowded nightclub while he was promoting his album Melvin Flint - Da Hustler.

According to the lawsuit, Bryan claims N.O.R.E. was intoxicated and allegedly ignored her pleas to stop. She says other people at the club eventually intervened and pulled him away.

Bryan further alleges that she left the nightclub but was followed by N.O.R.E., who continued making inappropriate comments before allegedly realizing that she was the mother of Nas’ daughter and apologizing. She says another apology followed weeks later at a Father’s Day event and birthday celebration for Nas’ daughter.

Bryan says she largely remained silent about the alleged incident for years. According to the complaint, she told Jay-Z, with whom she had an on-and-off relationship, but asked him not to intervene.

The lawsuit reportedly says Bryan was inspired to take legal action after Cassie Ventura filed her 2023 lawsuit against Sean “Diddy” Combs. Bryan claims she contacted N.O.R.E. in March in an attempt to resolve the matter privately, but says he denied knowing her.

Her attorney, Marjorie Mesidor, said Bryan is seeking accountability for what she describes as lasting emotional trauma and public humiliation.

Bryan is seeking compensatory damages, as well as damages related to emotional distress and mental anguish. N.O.R.E. has reportedly not publicly responded to the allegations, and XXL said it reached out to him for comment.
