Jennifer “Jenny” Marie Banfai of Kingston, Ontario, has died at the age of 37 following a motor vehicle accident on September 22, 2026, according to her published obituary.
Jenny leaves behind her husband, Chris McKendy, and their two young children, Tommy and Lillian. She is also survived by her parents, siblings, extended family, friends, and members of the teaching community who remember her.
Her family has scheduled visitation for September 29, from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m., and a Celebration of Life for September 30 at 2 p.m. Both will take place at Heritage Funeral Centre, 50 Overlea Blvd., Toronto, Ontario.
