Qatar's Ministry of Foreign Affairs, after holding a call with Jordan’s Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ayman Safadi, issued a condemnation of Iranian attacks on Jordan on Tuesday, warning that they constitute a "dangerous escalation" which would threaten regional stability.

It added that Qatar considers these attacks "a flagrant violation of its sovereignty and territorial integrity and a blatant breach of international law and the United Nations Charter" in a post to X.

The statement did not mention US and Israeli attacks on Iran but called for an immediate halt to all military action.
