π¨ The Premier League season is already producing plenty of drama after another action-packed weekend.
Liverpool picked up their first league win under new manager Andoni Iraola, with Alexander Isak scoring twice in a 2-0 victory over Ipswich Town. Cody Gakpo also impressed creatively, providing assists for both goals.
Arsenal also continued their positive start with a 2-1 victory over Chelsea in a heated London derby, while Manchester City secured a narrow win against Coventry City, with Erling Haaland scoring the decisive goal.
Manchester Cityβs new signing Iliman Ndiaye also attracted attention following his debut after completing his move from Everton. The forward said joining City was the obvious choice for him.
Meanwhile, Manchester United were held to a 2-2 draw by Everton. Everton rescued a point through a dramatic late goal from Ainsley Maitland-Niles, who scored shortly after coming off the bench.
Tottenham are facing a more difficult start. Spurs remain without a league goal after their opening three matches, with their latest game against Nottingham Forest ending goalless.
With the international break now providing a pause in domestic action, clubs will use the period to assess their starts before the Premier League returns.
