Bulldogs vs Kangaroos team news — No late changes

Both the Western Bulldogs and North Melbourne will line up as originally selected tonight at Docklands.

The Dogs have made three changes to last week's side that lost to Fremantle by 37 points in Perth.

Cody Weightman, Aaron Naughton and Lachie Jacques come in for Louis Emmett, Jedd Busslinger and Laitham Vandermeer, who are all omitted.

The Kangaroos have made two changes to last week's side that lost to Hawthorn by 16 points in Tasmania.

Riley Hardeman and George Wardlaw come in to replace Josh Goater and Bailey Scott.

Welcome!

By Chris De Silva

Good evening and welcome to ABC Sport's live AFL coverage!

Round 22 of the home and away season kicks off tonight with another pivotal clash in terms of wildcard spots as the Western Bulldogs take on North Melbourne at Docklands Stadium.

The Dogs start the round in eighth position on 48 points, tied with the seventh-placed Cats, and a win here would all but guarantee them at least a wildcard spot, but potentially more.

Meanwhile, the Kangaroos are on the outside looking in, currently 13th on the ladder on 32 points.

The Roos are two games adrift from the 10th-placed Blues in the final wildcard spot, and although rising up the ladder seems unlikely at this stage, it is still mathematically possible.

The first bounce for this one is set for 7:30pm AEST, so get settled in as we bring you all the pre-match news before live action gets underway!
