Kyle was remembered by his family and friends as an incredible person, a skilled master electrician, a motorcycle enthusiast, and someone who never hesitated to lend a helping hand.
According to Vermont State Police, the crash happened on August 26, 2026, at about 8:33 p.m. on U.S. Route 7 in Ferrisburgh. Conner was riding a 2021 Triumph Tiger 850 Sport southbound when he stopped in the roadway while preparing to turn left into a business.

The driver of the Nissan was identified as 30-year-old Faith Hobson of Vergennes. Vermont State Police said troopers detected signs of impairment at the scene. Hobson was arrested on suspicion of DUI and later faced charges including DUI with death resulting, grossly negligent operation, and reckless endangerment. She pleaded not guilty in court. The charges remain allegations, and the case is ongoing.
