Jacob Moore, 35, of Modesto, California, has died following a pedestrian collision near I Street and 14th Street in Modesto.
According to preliminary findings, Moore was walking westbound along I Street when he entered the roadway and was struck by a westbound vehicle. The circumstances surrounding why he was in the roadway remain under investigation.
