Isaac Self, 24, of Tennessee, is being remembered following a fatal crash in Monroe County on Wednesday, September 9, 2026.
According to the Tennessee Highway Patrol's preliminary report, the crash occurred at approximately 11:28 a.m. as Self was traveling north on Highway 360 near Bill Moser Road.
For reasons that remain under investigation, Self's pickup truck left the roadway and traveled onto the grassy area beside the highway. The vehicle then struck a tree before continuing down an embankment.
