🚨 DANGOTE REFINERY SET TO SELL SHARES TO INVESTORS

Dangote Refinery is set to open its share offer on September 14, creating an opportunity for Nigerians and other investors to become shareholders in the massive $20 billion refinery project.

At the proposed price of ₦525 per share, the planned sale of 4.1 billion shares could generate approximately ₦2.15 trillion if fully subscribed.

The funds raised are expected to support the refinery’s ambitious expansion plans. Dangote intends to increase its current crude-processing capacity from 650,000 barrels per day to 1.4 million barrels per day.

The planned IPO would mark a major step in broadening public and institutional investment in one of Africa’s largest industrial projects, while also providing the refinery with additional capital for future expansion.

Investors will be watching the offer closely as the September 14 opening date approaches. 📈🇳🇬
