Dajuanta Israel Glenn, 28, of Simpsonville, South Carolina, died after being struck by a vehicle on Log Shoals Road in Greenville County on Wednesday morning, October 7, 2026.
According to local reports, the crash occurred shortly after 7 a.m. near James Shaver Trail. Glenn was walking west along Log Shoals Road when a westbound 2011 GMC Yukon struck him.
Emergency responders arrived at the scene and arranged for Glenn to be transported to Prisma Health Greenville Memorial Hospital. Despite medical efforts, he was pronounced dead at 8:03 a.m.
